This workout program is specifically designed for women in the postnatal period, starting from day 1 after giving birth up to 6 months (and beyond). It has been developed in collaboration with a skilled physiotherapist with 10 years of experience.

In the initial weeks, the focus is on restoring deep muscle functions and engaging in exercises that discreetly target pelvic floor muscles. For those who had a C-section, a gentle approach is taken initially, gradually progressing to more challenging exercises over time. A lighter version of the workout is available for days when exhaustion sets in.
  • For Various Postpartum Health Conditions: The workout regimen is customized to cater to different postpartum health considerations, including vaginal or C-section delivery, tearing, diastasis size, and other relevant factors. By inputting your health data, the application will calculate and recommend suitable exercises.
  • Diastasis-Safe Practices: The program incorporates exercises that promote the healing of diastasis recti, offering numerous safe alternatives to traditional sit-ups.
  • No Equipment Needed: This workout plan is equipment-free and utilizes items commonly found at home.
  • Developed by Experts: The exercises have been created by a practicing physiotherapist specializing in women's health, particularly focusing on post-childbirth recovery. Each set of exercises is carefully crafted for specific postpartum days.
